How do I return my item?
Easy, simply fill out the form to the right and you will be emailed with instructions on what to do next!
Be sure to include as much info as possible. If your item has a manufacturer’s fault or defect, it always helps to upload a photo of the fault or defect to speed up the process of your refund or exchange.
Note: We do not offer refund or exchange on International orders.
How do I know what size to purchase?
Before you make your purchase, it is a great idea to view the sizing chart for each item as brands and styles differ in sizes. Simply click on the item and select ‘size chart’. Measure up and off you go!
If I’ve seen an item you don’t have, can you order it for me?
If the item you would like us to order for you is from a brand we carry and in stock with our supplier, we would be more than happy to order it for you!

How can I track my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email notification containing a Tracking Number. You will be able to use that on the Australia Post website to track your delivery.
What if my item doesn’t fit, can I exchange it?
Can I pay over the phone?
For the security of your information and credit card details, we do not accept payment over the phone. Our online payment processing is safe and secure and the best way to pay for your order.
Can I pick up my order to avoid shipping costs?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a pick up option, as we are online based only. Not to worry though, remember all orders over AU $100.00 receive FREE Shipping!
