Doesn’t fit? Doesn’t look the way you thought it would?

These things do happen, that’s why we offer our customers a 14 day exchange policy on all Australian orders.

Please note, although we will do our best to assist, you may be liable for the postage costs associated with returning the item.

To qualify for an exchange on your order, the item must:

  • Be in original condition and packaging with all tags still attached.
  • Have any stickers or labels still attached and show no signs of tampering.
  • Show no signs of wear or damage other than an uncontrollable manufacturer’s fault or defect.
  • Be returned to us within 14 days of your purchase date.

We do our very best to ensure that all items are checked for quality prior to being sent to our customers. We do understand that sometimes things are missed, or that items from time to time can arrive with a manufacturer’s fault or defect. Don’t worry, in this case we offer our customers a 14 day refund or exchange policy on all Australian orders at no cost.

How do I return my item?

Easy, simply fill out the form to the right and you will be emailed with instructions on what to do next!

Be sure to include as much info as possible. If your item has a manufacturer’s fault or defect, it always helps to upload a photo of the fault or defect to speed up the process of your refund or exchange.
